Google Analytics is free. Why pay for this?
GA is free the way a gym membership you never use is free. It shows charts; someone still has to read them. Clerion does the reading and hands you the fix, and unlike GA it isn't blocked by ad blockers, so the numbers are actually right.
What counts as an AI feature?
One piece of written intelligence: a briefing, a signal, an error diagnosis, or a site audit. Ask Anything questions are counted on their own, so asking never eats your briefings. Unlimited means unlimited for honest use; we do not meter it.
What counts as a pageview?
One visitor loading one page once. We filter bots before counting, so your limit isn't eaten by crawlers. All limits are per calendar month.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing dramatic. Tracking never stops and we never cut off your data. We nudge you at 80% of your plan, and if you stay over we'll ask you to move up a tier.
How does the trial work?
Pick a plan, add a card, and you get 14 days at Growth level: ten sites, unlimited AI, 13 months of history. Nothing is charged until day 14, and the exact amount and date are shown before you enter the card. Cancel before then and nothing is charged; you keep tracking on the free tier with your data intact.
Is there a free plan?
Only as a landing place. Every account starts with the 14-day trial, which needs a card. Cancel before day 14 and nothing is charged; you keep one site on a dashboard-only free tier with 30 days of memory and no AI. It is a safety net, not a plan we sell.
Can I cancel or change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Your data stays exportable either way.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your history is kept to the retention window of your new plan (for example, 90 days on Solo). Export everything first if you want the full archive.
